Payment questions
Will checking my financing options hurt my credit score?
No. Cherry uses a soft credit check to show your options, which does not affect your credit score. A hard inquiry only occurs if you accept a plan.
Can I use a payment plan together with my insurance?
Usually, yes. Insurance pays its portion and the plan covers your remaining balance. Our front desk coordinates both so you only see one clear number.
What if I have less-than-perfect credit?
Cherry approves a wide range of credit profiles and gives an instant decision from your phone. Applying takes about a minute, and checking costs nothing.
Are there interest-free options?
Both Cherry and CareCredit offer promotional low- or no-interest plans on qualifying amounts, subject to approval. Use the options above to see the terms you qualify for on your treatment amount.
Can I pay my bill online?
Yes. Use the Pay with Square button above for secure card payment, or call the office and we can take payment over the phone.
